  3. Drive innovation in privacy-safe marketing systems, ensuring compliance and trust across all channels (email, push, in-app, SMS).
  4. Champion creative and technical excellence, building modular creative systems and feedback loops powered by GenAI and secure rails.
  5. Establish and communicate clear KPIs aligned with business goals, connecting marketing spend to outcomes through advanced measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, incrementality testing).
