The VP of Account Management will lead the strategy and commercial success for large Japanese industrial accounts, focusing on the 'Land, Expand, and Scale' lifecycle. This role involves C-suite engagement, team mentoring, and orchestrating the global Cognite ecosystem to drive operational improvements through AI and data solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end "Land, Expand, and Scale" lifecycle strategy across a portfolio with a total potential value exceeding $5.5M+ ARR.
  2. Shape long-term partnership strategies at the C-suite level while mentoring high-performing teams to drive deep technical value at the site level.
  3. Orchestrate the global Cognite ecosystem, transforming customer relationships into lasting strategic partnerships.
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that drive cross-functional use-case adoption and deliver incremental business value.
  5. Establish a repeatable "Account War Room" cadence involving Field Engineering and Product to resolve technical "Build vs. Buy" roadblocks.
