What you'd actually do

  1. Own paid search campaign strategy, ensuring performance against acquisition, lead generation, and growth goals.
  2. Lead the development and evolution of SEM strategies, translating business priorities into channel plans, testing roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  4. Partner with Analytics to build executive-ready reporting and performance recaps that translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and decisions.
  5. Provide leadership across stakeholders (Marketing, Analytics, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, UX) to align execution with business goals, timelines, and governance requirements.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience managing paid search/SEM/lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with organic search, SA360, and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent relationship skills: highly collaborative, able to build rapport and credibility, and drive desired business outcomes
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into presentations that can be understood by non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional partnering skills, with the ability to navigate a large organization
  • Solutions-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve and present data-driven solutions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to develop and execute action plans based on available information
  • Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets and performance goals
  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence presenting insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • B2B media experience is highly valued
  • Familiarity with integrated search strategies, including SEO and landing page optimization
