What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert on Fusion platform capabilities, including data, analytics, and AI
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend optimal Fusion solutions
  4. Support the development, documentation, and communication of common solution patterns to accelerate Fusion adoption
  5. Partner with Solutions Engineers and platform teams to ensure integrated and effective solution delivery

Skills

Required

  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI technologies in financial services or a related industry
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and support for complex platform solutions
  • Experience working directly with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions to production
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and client enablement

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Fusion platform components or similar enterprise data and AI platforms
