  1. Define and drive the engineering vision and In-Memory data grid strategy for the Decision Management Platform.
  2. Lead and grow global engineering teams across multiple regions, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  3. Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations to shape platform direction and execution priorities.
  4. Oversee the design and development of high throughput, low latency, Java-based distributed systems that power fraud prevention and identity solutions.
  5. Lead modernization across cloud and on prem environments, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and world class performance.
