Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Vice President, Studio Tours & Retail Technology to lead the global technology strategy and delivery for their Studio Tours, Retail, and eCommerce businesses. This role will focus on shaping technology strategy, delivering enterprise-grade platforms, and ensuring operational excellence to drive guest experience, revenue, and efficiency. The VP will partner with senior business leaders, own the product and platform roadmap, lead modernization efforts, and manage global teams and budgets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the multi‑year technology strategy aligned to Tours & Retail growth, profitability, and global expansion goals
  2. Own the global product and platform roadmap spanning ticketing, retail systems, payments, guest engagement, supply chain, fulfillment, and operations technology
  3. Lead modernization efforts to reduce technical debt, simplify the ecosystem, strengthen reliability, and unlock new revenue and efficiency opportunities
  4. Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring disciplined investment prioritization, accurate forecasting, and ROI aligned decisions
  5. Lead a large global technology organization across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including internal and external workforce teams

Skills

Required
