This role is for a Video Content Creator on the Customer Education team at Harvey, an AI company transforming legal and professional services. The creator will be responsible for the end-to-end production of customer-facing educational videos, from storyboarding and scripting to editing and publishing. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment, and leveraging AI-driven video creation tools to streamline production. The goal is to help customers master the Harvey platform through clear, creative, and scalable video content.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop high-quality, engaging, and instructional videos that teach customers how to use and maximize Harvey.
  2. Drive the full production lifecycle—from storyboarding and scripting to screen capture, voiceover, editing, and publishing.
  3. Create a diverse range of video formats including product walkthroughs, workflow deep dives, short-form videos, and motion graphics explainers.
  4. Incorporate storytelling and clear instructional design principles to ensure concepts are approachable and memorable.
  5. Leverage AI-driven video creation tools to streamline production and meet fast-paced content goals.

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of experience creating and producing educational or instructional video content for SaaS or technology products.
  • Comfortable producing in rapid release cycles, creating multiple videos each week, and adaptable when priorities shift or new content needs emerge.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts through engaging, visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Loom, Adobe Premiere, ScreenStudio, or similar platforms for video capture, editing, and collaboration.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to expedite video creation and maintain high output quality.
  • Strong creative and technical editing skills (voiceover, pacing, visual clarity, audio balance).
  • Deep understanding of instructional design principles and how to translate them into video.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
