Video Producer Intern

What you'd actually do

  1. Track and manage video production projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
  2. Coordinate logistics between stakeholders, vendors, and creative teams to keep projects moving efficiently
  3. Maintain and update production schedules, shot lists, and project trackers across active productions
  4. Organize and manage digital asset libraries, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and accessible
  5. Draft creative briefs, project summaries, and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned

Skills

Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Film & Television Production, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Bynder, Asana, Notion, or equivalent
  • Familiar with video production workflows and terminology across pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and file management
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency a strong plus, supporting content and collaboration across Twilio's global teams
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Experience with video conferencing and virtual production tools such as Zoom, StreamYard, or similar platforms
  • Prior internship or project experience in video production, media, or a creative agency environment
  • Working knowledge of caption and subtitle workflows
  • Interest in or exposure to live event production and corporate conference environments
  • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems or media storage platforms
