What you'd actually do

  1. Drive sales growth and customer loyalty by delivering personalized wireless device and service solutions during inbound interactions
  2. Enhance product and process knowledge through continuous training on new skills, systems, and resources
  3. Apply sales skills to acquire new customers with a focus on results-oriented approaches and confidence
  4. Utilize digital tools consistently to support customer interactions and onboarding processes
  5. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Customer Acquisition Sales skills in new customer לקוח acquisition, including competitive drive and confidence for success
  • Troubleshooting 12 months multi-tasking and navigating between Windows systems. Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT. Computer hardware proficiency.
