This role is a Senior Outbound Business Sales Representative for Comcast Business, focusing on generating sales through outbound cold calling and lead generation. The primary responsibility is to sell connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions to small and medium businesses. The role involves managing a sales funnel, preparing sales documentation, and meeting sales quotas and customer experience metrics. While the company sells AI-related products, this role is purely sales-focused and does not involve building or developing AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Consistently meet and exceed on goals commensurate with job level to include high close ratios, incrementally higher revenue, and multi-product business solutions sell in.
  2. Focus on new acquisition in small and medium business segment to include advanced product sales.
  3. Prepare sales documentation for advanced products; work with Sales Engineering and Customer Project Management teams to complete customer solution design and implementation.
  4. Assist sales customers digitally, via Chat, to complete transactions using the web portal interface.
  5. Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone using a variety of techniques. Sell Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized business to new and existing customers.
