Virtual Service Sales(超音波保守テレセールス)

This role is responsible for managing and growing the Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA) business for ultrasound diagnostic equipment in a designated area. The Virtual Service Sales representative will drive MSA business by understanding customer needs, promoting renewals, new acquisitions, price-ups, and upgrades through tele-sales activities. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and channel partners to achieve financial commitments and sales targets. It involves CRM input, quote generation, and contract processing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Virtual Service Sales Leaderのもとで、サービス組織の財務的コミットメントを確実に達成するために、販売活動を行う
  2. 担当エリアにおける超音波診断装置の保守契約を、架電による営業活動を行い、オンタイムでの保守更新(MSA Renewal)や新規獲得、Price-up、Up Sell、を実行する
  3. 担当部門(超音波診断装置、その他もあり)のMSAセールスやフィールドサービスエンジニア、機器営業チーム、販売店、本社マーケティング部門と緊密に連携して、ビジネスの成長を支え担当エリアにおける保守ビジネスの売上と利益目標の達成に貢献する
  4. 担当エリアのMSAセールスがより顧客訪問による付加価値を提供できるよう、サービスセールスチーム全体の営業生産性の向上に貢献する
  5. CRMへの顧客状況の入力、MSAセールスチームへの情報連携、見積作成、契約書作成依頼等の業務を行う

Required

  • Native level Japanese skills for negotiation via phone
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player with strong initiative
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a service department or sales department, or as a service engineer in the medical field
  • Negotiation skills with influence internally and with customers based on field experience
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute necessary actions for customers
  • High compliance awareness
