Virtual Service Sales(pcs保守テレセールス)

This role is responsible for managing and growing the MSA (Maintenance Service Agreement) business in a designated area for GE Healthcare's PCS products. The Virtual Service Sales representative will understand customer needs, drive the MSA business according to the leader's strategy, and collaborate with various internal teams and channel partners to achieve contract renewals, new acquisitions, price-ups, and upgrades. The role involves inside sales activities, CRM input, quote generation, and contract creation requests.

What you'd actually do

  1. Virtual Service Sales Leaderのもとで、サービス組織の財務的コミットメントを確実に達成するために、販売活動を行う
  2. 担当エリアにおけるPCS製品の保守契約を、架電による営業活動を行い、オンタイムでの保守更新(MSA Renewal)や新規獲得、Price-up、Up Sell、を実行する
  3. 担当部門(PCS製品、その他あり)のMSAセールスやフィールドサービスエンジニア、機器営業チーム、販売店、本社マーケティング部門と緊密に連携して、ビジネスの成長を支え担当エリアにおける保守ビジネスの売上と利益目標の達成に貢献する
  4. 担当エリアのMSAセールスがより顧客訪問による付加価値を提供できるよう、サービスセールスチーム全体の営業生産性の向上に貢献する
  5. CRMへの顧客状況の入力、MSAセールスチームへの情報連携、見積作成、契約書作成依頼等の業務を行う

Required

  • Native level Japanese skills for negotiation over the phone
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player with strong initiative
  • Sales experience in service or sales departments, or 3+ years as a service engineer in the medical field
  • Negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and customers based on field experience
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute what is necessary for the customer
  • High compliance awareness
