What you'd actually do

  1. Independently manage ad accounts (operations, bidding, creative testing, etc.), owning campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Design, execute and iterate media tactics using your own expertise rather than relying solely on agencies.
  2. Understand and apply digital data (including 1st/2nd/3rd party), modern identification and targeting technologies, and privacy-aware targeting methods to reach specific consumer segments with high precision.
  3. Plan and operate location- or store-level traffic-driving tactics (geo-targeting, map-integrated initiatives, local search-linked campaigns, etc.) that successfully direct consumers to retail partners and drive in-store conversions.
  4. Lead customization and implementation of novel initiatives or global digital products for the Japanese market, and drive mid-term rollout of unique, competitive services enabled by the latest digital technologies.
  5. Develop integrated media plans and run media operations across channels (TV commercials, digital, video, connected tv, social, search, programmatic, etc.).
