The Sr. Brand Manager - Astigmatism role at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and commercial strategies for the Astigmatism contact lens portfolio in Korea. This includes leading integrated local consumer communication, digital marketing, social media, PR, and in-store activation, as well as managing the annual marketing budget and collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies to drive penetration and consumption of the ACUVUE® brand.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop comprehensive marketing & commercial strategy/plans for both consumers and eye care professionals
  2. Manage the planning & execution of annual marketing / commercial plans to drive penetration and consumption
  3. Develop integrated local consumer communication (75%) and/or adaptation global campaigns (25%), including digital, social, PR, and in-store POSM
  4. Design and implement integrated in-store activation strategy for optical stores in close partnership with all key cross-functional partners.
  5. Work with Digital / CRM & Data engineering team to run data-driven marketing and ensure to serve our consumers based on consumer journey

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degrees or above.
  • 10 to 15 years’ experience in Brand Marketing with preferred category in FMCG, Health Functional Food, Cosmetics
  • Strong knowledge of digital & brand marketing and media management
  • Strong passion to win in a highly competitive market and to move projects ahead
  • Being a bold individual leader with high self-motivation to advance & progress
  • Analytical skills & marketing executional fundamentals
  • Strong knowledge in strategic marketing planning, branding and product messaging for consumers, shoppers and professionals
  • Fluent English and Korean skills in writing, verbal communication, and presentation
  • Being a good communicator/collaborator to work cross-functionally
