This role focuses on visual storytelling and innovation within the CRO's office, translating strategy into compelling narratives and experimenting with OpenAI technologies to improve GTM operations. It involves leading narrative development, presentation design, and prototyping custom GPTs and internal apps to enhance productivity and showcase AI applications in a go-to-market context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead narrative development and presentation design for CRO-led strategic events, executive briefings, and key customer engagements
  2. Translate complex product, strategy, and customer insights into clear, compelling visual and written stories
  3. Lead “customer zero” adoption of OpenAI technologies—identifying, prototyping, and scaling high-impact use cases that transform how the CRO organization operates
  4. Prototype and develop lightweight custom GPTs and internal apps that enhance productivity, unlock new workflows, and showcase how OpenAI technologies can be applied across the Office of the CRO & GTM teams
  5. Partner closely with the CRO and Chief of Staff to shape how OpenAI’s GTM organization contributes to the broader conversation on AI, go-to-market transformation, and the future of work

Skills

Required

  • Strong track record of crafting high-quality narratives and presentations for executive audiences
  • Exceptional at simplifying complex ideas into clear, compelling stories (both visually and in writing)
  • Comfortable experimenting with new tools and technologies, particularly AI, to improve workflows and outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally across go-to-market, product, or leadership teams
