This role is for a VOC Specialist supporting Federal Government operations, focusing on scheduling, facilitating, and troubleshooting video conferences and related equipment. It involves customer interface, first-tier support, and knowledge of networking protocols like H.323, TCP/IP, and SIP.

What you'd actually do

  1. Schedule video conferences with remote sites. Accommodate all conferences, establish the conferences, maintain Video Teleconference (VTC) schedules and facilitate periodic test calls.
  2. Provide customer interface, first tier support and trouble shooting.
  3. Operate and trouble shoot multi-vendor equipment.
  4. Facilitator of third tier call-out, including trouble tickets, installation and operation of all video teleconference equipment.
  5. Demonstration of Customer Service skills and strong phone presence required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working level experience of common desktop software (Windows) and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word)
