AT&T has an opening for a VTC Technician to provide technical expertise to a team conducting 24x7 video operations center support.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting of video teleconferencing and related video systems.
- Install, upgrade and repair video systems at various customer locations.
- Operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC systems such as Polycomm and Cisco.
- Design and implement VTC systems at customer locations.
Required Clearance:
TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a total of 10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 10 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 8 years, a Bachelors’ and 6 years, a Masters and 4 years or a PhD and 0 years of work history.
- Must be fully versed in the operations, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VTC systems from manufactured such as Polycomm and Cisco.
- Highly skilled in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in working with end-users remotely
- Familiar with Active Directory security and policies
