ServiceNow is seeking a Vice President of Acquisition Integration and Value Realization to lead enterprise-wide acquisition integration. This role involves scoping strategy, crafting KPIs, working with functional leaders, and establishing governance to ensure acquisitions create measurable value. The VP will be involved early in the deal process, working through diligence and integration planning, and will manage an end-to-end deal pipeline. The role requires strong executive influence, systems thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to drive impact across functions in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the executive level reporting for acquisition integration success.
  2. Create standard acquisition archetypes and provide C-level performance metrics.
  3. Identify and de-risk critical operational assumptions and bottlenecks and force critical business decisions and be able to frame and drive to conclusion critical business decisions.
  4. Deliver impact and value via influence across all functions of the company.
  5. Build an extended virtual acquisition integration team.
