What you'd actually do

  1. Define the creative vision and visual identity for Disney's brand portfolio—setting the creative direction that transforms storytelling into compelling graphic design, character art, and brand expressions
  2. Oversee the creation of comprehensive style guides and creative toolkits—the foundational design systems that inspire and enable licensee partners globally
  3. Lead the production organization that develops, delivers, and distributes style guides and creative assets to licensee partners
  4. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 80+ designers across the Americas, recruiting and retaining world-class creative talent
  5. Partner with filmmakers and creative leaders across Walt Disney Animation, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, Disney Channels, and Disney+ to ensure authentic brand representation
