What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate across FICC Lines of Business (LOBs) to produce deliver Electronic Trading platforms e.g. Algorithms for trading desks
  2. Partner with trading and technology teams to develop and deliver data-driven solutions and reporting
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on electronic trading governance and controls within the business
  4. Support and lead global regulatory remediation initiatives across assets and products
  5. Work closely with stakeholders across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Lines of Defense (LOD) to ensure robust governance frameworks

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in electronic trading (trading, product, tech, or risk/control at a Tier 1 bank preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of regulations (SEC 15c3-5, Reg ATS)
  • FICC product knowledge (Rates preferred; Credit, FX, Mortgages a plus)
  • Experience with trading data, analytics, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across business and control functions
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Nice to have
