Salesforce is seeking a VP of Professional Services Sales for their Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) sector. This role involves leading a sales organization to drive enterprise-level digital transformations and professional services engagements, focusing on regulatory-compliant agentic transformations. The VP will be responsible for exceeding targets, managing forecasts, leading and mentoring teams, engaging with C-level clients, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive adoption of Salesforce's AI solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Exceed Operating Unit (OU) growth and bookings targets, ensure organizational health, and hit high customer satisfaction (CSAT) goals.
  2. Partner as a trusted peer with the delivery leadership organizations to ensure deals are realistically scoped, properly staffed, and commercially viable.
  3. Conduct rigorous weekly forecast meetings, mentoring your leadership layer on strategies to drive closings, maintain data hygiene, and run the business effectively.
  4. Lead and develop teams of qualified, customer-focused Account Partners, Associate Account Partners, and Business Managers.
  5. Engage at the C-level with customers, focusing on consultative selling opportunities and translating agentic AI capabilities into tangible business and clinical value.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management and consultative selling experience
  • History of over-achieving quota
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships
