This role is for a VP of Investor Relations at an AI-native legal tech company. The VP will build and lead the IR function, manage investor relationships, shape the company's narrative, and communicate key financial and operational metrics. The role requires significant experience in investor relations, SaaS business models, and high-growth environments, working closely with the CEO and CFO.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build the IR function from the ground up: Own the strategy, messaging, materials, and reporting cadence across our existing and prospective investor base.
  2. Be the face to the investor community: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, venture partners, and financial media, domestically and internationally.
  3. Shape the narrative: Partner with our CEO and CFO to translate financial performance, product velocity, and market position into a compelling, consistent story.
  4. Own board and investor materials: Lead preparation of board packs, investor updates, presentations, and data packages, accurate, timely, and always high quality.
  5. Manage and deepen cap table relationships: Keep existing investors close, field inquiries, manage communications, and surface opportunities across our sophisticated multi-party cap table.
