VP of Product, Digital Experiences at T-Mobile responsible for shaping the strategic direction, innovation, and performance of core consumer digital experiences across T-Life and Web, including Commerce, Lifestyle products, High Speed Internet, Assisted and Self-Service journeys, T-Satellite, and Account Management. Leads senior product leaders, owns the end-to-end roadmap, experience quality, growth, and performance at scale across App, Web, CARE, and Retail.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives, with a focus on both consumer and micro-business segments.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, including Directors of Commerce, Service, Assisted Systems, Lifestyle, and Broadband (HSI + Fiber), ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
  3. Lead and prioritize the digital product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation initiatives.
  4. Ensure that digital experiences are tailored to meet the unique needs of both the Consumer and Micro-Business customer segments, focusing on improving usability, engagement, and conversion rates.
  5. Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of digital products and ensure continuous improvement.
