VP, Product Management to lead a large Product Management group, translating strategy into roadmaps, managing products end-to-end from concept to launch, and driving customer-centric features via agile methodologies. Responsibilities include market analysis, solutioning, validation, GTM execution, and post-release adoption monitoring, ensuring security, privacy, and accessibility are embedded in development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide executive leadership in managing products throughout the entire lifecycle, from strategy to retirement; define compelling problem statements, differentiated value propositions, and well-articulated, measurable business outcomes while maintaining and prioritizing strategic backlogs.
  2. Oversee market research and competitive analysis at the group level to identify new opportunities, shape product positioning, and ensure long-term business growth.
  3. Champion identification of customer unmet needs, guiding solution ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation processes; make strategic trade-offs using data-driven insights and customer feedback to maximize value.
  4. Lead the implementation of agile, scaled agile, and continuous-delivery methodologies; define and govern release scopes and success criteria, partnering effectively with Engineering to deliver timely, high-quality product releases.
  5. Drive strong cross-functional and cross-team alignment, proactively addressing stakeholder concerns, and ensuring transparent communication of status, key risks, and strategic decisions across all levels.
