VP of Product for Threads, responsible for setting vision and strategy, building consensus, and executing with minimal oversight. The role involves critically evaluating AI as a solution, championing AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies, mentoring leaders, attracting and developing product teams with an emphasis on AI-native capabilities, reimagining workflows with AI tools, scaling AI best practices, orchestrating complex execution, setting expectations for PM technical capability with AI tools, integrating user insights and market analysis, communicating technical concepts, defining success metrics, and understanding the competitive position to deliver industry-leading products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and shape transformative, long-term opportunities for Threads, setting vision and strategy that influences Meta's broader direction.
  2. Build consensus across organizations and senior leadership, bringing clarity to ambiguous opportunities; execute with minimal oversight and set new standards.
  3. Critically evaluate when AI is (and isn't) the optimal solution for Threads; champion AI-native strategies including comprehensive evals and data strategies.
  4. Advise and mentor leaders through ideation, development, and launch of innovative Threads experiences alongside world-class engineers and designers.
  5. Attract, build, and develop a talented, diverse team of product managers and leaders with emphasis on AI-native capabilities.
