Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of global compensation, equity, incentives, rewards, and benefits programs for WHOOP. This role is a key member of the People leadership team, responsible for building a scalable and data-driven Total Rewards function to attract, motivate, and retain talent. The VP will advise executive leadership and partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our global compensation, equity, incentives, rewards, and benefits programs.
  2. Build a scalable and data-driven Total Rewards function that attracts, motivates, and retains exceptional talent to support WHOOP’s continued growth and global expansion.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.
