This role is for a Warehouse Agent at Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform. The primary responsibilities involve processing inbound and outbound items, authenticating collectibles, managing inventory, packaging orders, and resolving customer issues. The role requires physical endurance, knowledge of Microsoft Office and various operational systems, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. It is not directly related to AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Process inbound and outbound items.
  2. Hand authenticate valuable collectibles such as Funko Pops, trading cards, etc.
  3. Issue buyer’s product returns based on defective/damaged items.
  4. Managing product inventory.
  5. Host Whatnot live streams to liquidate warehouse inventory .
