Role Summary As a Sr. Warehouse Coordinator II, you are responsible for the daily planning and coordination of inbound and outbound deliveries, organization of all associated shipping documents, and hands‑on support of warehouse operations. Deliver day‑to‑day on‑the‑job training using approved standard work, training materials, and safety procedures. Partner with site leadership and Quality/OpEx to identify skill gaps, prioritize training needs, and sequence cross‑training rotations. Maintain accurate training records (who was trained, on what, when) and support audit/compliance requests related to training. Support the creation and refinement of standard work, visual aids, and training guides based on feedback from the floor. Ability to perform all duties in the warehouse that may contain dust, high noise, hot and cold weather Pay Disclosure The salary range for this role is $25.81 to $34.20/hr for Texas based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus. Warehouse Coordinator
