This role is for a Warehouse Lead responsible for managing structural and building materials for an AI-optimized modular data center manufacturing facility. The role involves inventory management, kitting, quality inspection, ERP data integrity, and vendor coordination to support production milestones. It is a hands-on role requiring experience in heavy manufacturing environments and adherence to safety standards.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of warehouse experience, specifically in heavy manufacturing or structural fabrication environments
  • Advanced experience with ERP/MRP systems for tracking high-volume raw materials
  • Current forklift certification
  • Deep knowledge of OSHA standards for heavy material handling, rigging, and overhead load safety
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate a high-activity fabrication floor for 8+ hours daily
  • Drug and alcohol program participation is required

Nice to have

  • experience with side-loaders or overhead crane operation
  • Experience specifically with steel fabrication shop workflows
  • Rigging certification for crane operations
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S or Kanban
