We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead. In summary, the role will be responsible for not only overseeing inventory management but also designing and implementing effective inventory control processes. This role combines hands-on inventory oversight with strategic process development, ensuring that warehouse operations remain efficient and accurate. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain robust inventory systems that meet the organization’s current and future needs.

**Requirements: **
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of warehouse/manufacturing inventory management
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and working in warehouse conditions.
- Capability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred).
Work Environment:
This position operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures, noise, and moving machinery. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or resolve urgent inventory issues.
