Wealth Management Specialist - Business Manager

This role is a trainee program within Merrill Wealth Management at Bank of America, focused on developing candidates to support Financial Advisors (FAs) and their client base. The trainee will become fully licensed and obtain necessary designations to transition into a full EGP Specialist role. Responsibilities include client segment development, asset gathering, deepening client relationships, coordinating technological support for marketing campaigns, providing technical expertise in specific product areas, and offering marketing and organizational support. The role involves sales development and implementing the Elite Growth Practice model, with performance measured by specific goals and metrics related to EGP execution. It also requires adherence to SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan originations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and service client segments and the next generation and their next generations and beneficiaries.
  2. Gather additional assets from existing client base and deepen relationships by partnering with all Merrill partners to deliver a full breadth solutions.
  3. Coordinate technological support through the development of portfolio analysis, proposals and direct mail campaigns utilizing Salesforce and other tools and resources.
  4. Provide technical expertise in certain product areas (e.g. Corporate 401(k), Rule 144, Insurance, Wealth Management Workstation)
  5. Provide marketing and organizational support.
