Web Strategy & Growth Manager

This role focuses on optimizing the marketing website's digital experience through web strategy, user experience, conversion optimization, and experimentation. The manager will lead strategic web initiatives, partner with various teams, and own a high-velocity experimentation program to improve user engagement and increase sign-ups.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, SEO, Product, and Engineering to plan and execute web initiatives.
  2. Help shape the website roadmap based on business goals, user behavior, technical opportunities, and performance data.
  3. Own the website experimentation program using tools like VWO.
  4. Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap aligned to business priorities and conversion goals.
  5. Analyze experiment results and communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps to stakeholders.

What the JD emphasized
