This role focuses on optimizing the marketing website's digital experience through strategy and experimentation. The manager will lead web initiatives, partner with various teams, and own an experimentation program to improve user engagement and sign-ups. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in web strategy, growth marketing, or optimization, with hands-on experience in A/B testing and analytics tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, SEO, Product, and Engineering to plan and execute web initiatives.
  2. Own the website experimentation program using tools like VWO.
  3. Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap aligned to business priorities and conversion goals.
  4. Develop hypotheses grounded in user behavior, analytics, qualitative feedback, and business context.
  5. Analyze experiment results and communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps to stakeholders.
