The WFM Analyst role at Johnson & Johnson focuses on workforce planning and operational execution by providing data-driven insights, forecasts, and performance reporting. What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze workforce demand, capacity, and productivity data to support short- and long-term planning activities.
  2. Develop and maintain workforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs.
  3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor utilization, efficiency, and service levels.
  4. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for business partners and leadership.
  5. Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to workforce performance and resourcing.

Skills

Required

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms, or workforce planning systems).
  • Experience preparing clear, actionable reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech environment.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modeling, or labor optimization methodologies.
  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Workforce planning, analytics, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred but not required.
