Wholesale Know Your Customer Business Support Associate

This role supports Wholesale Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client onboarding compliance within the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB). Responsibilities include driving analysis, project management, reporting, business resiliency, and standing up new processes, collaborating with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive analysis and project management for initiatives in support of the NAM WKO team, including task tracking, status reporting, and updating project documentation
  2. Collaborate with production and reporting teams to further drive identification, standardization, and development of metrics needed to manage the book of work
  3. Partner with the leadership team to identify and execute engagement and culture initiatives and drive adoption throughout the organization
  4. Provide support in preparation of monthly business reviews and other standing forums by identifying and creating meeting materials, which can include business issues, status updates, headcount, financials, and key business metrics
  5. Prepare briefing materials and presentations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Relevant experience in Program Management, Risk Management/Controls, and Business Management
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Pitch Pro
