What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver high-quality service to MENAT clients by conducting Costumer Due Diligence (CDD), managing inquiries, and resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
  2. Gain hands-on experience across both maker and middle office activities, contributing to the end-to-end client service and transaction lifecycle.
  3. Apply product and service knowledge to support client needs and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  4. Participate in troubleshooting and process optimization, leveraging digital tools and developing automation capabilities.
  5. Support end-to-end change management initiatives, contributing to stakeholder communication and smooth implementation of operational changes.
