Skydio is seeking a Wireless Hardware Engineer Intern to support their Wireless Engineering team in design validation and data analysis. The role involves building scalable data processing pipelines and tools for analyzing wireless validation data from bench and factory testing, working closely with RF and antenna engineers to improve data collection, processing, and visualization, and accelerating product development and manufacturing readiness. This position is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of wireless systems and cloud-based data engineering.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop automated data processing pipelines to analyze RF and antenna validation data from lab bench testing.
  2. Build cloud-based tools and dashboards to streamline factory test data ingestion, processing, and visualization.
  3. Improve data quality checks and validation frameworks to ensure reliable wireless performance metrics.
  4. Partner with RF engineers to translate test requirements into scalable analysis workflows.
  5. Optimize existing scripts and infrastructure to improve efficiency and reproducibility of wireless performance analysis.
