Work Force Planning Consultant

This role supports the functionality of Genesys WFM software, focusing on forecasting, scheduling, and maintenance within a contact center environment. The consultant will analyze performance data, provide recommendations for staffing and decision-making, and manage relationships with stakeholders. The position requires experience with scheduling software and ACD reporting systems, along with strong analytical and PC skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the functionality of Genesys WFM software (forecasting, scheduling, and maintenance)
  2. Analyze contact center performance data and provide recommendations to balance performance and support effective decision making
  3. Forecast long term and short term contact volume and staffing
  4. Maintain data points that promote accurate forecasting and understand drivers that produce anomalies
  5. Provide schedule recommendations for new hire training classes and optimized off-phone activities
