This role involves managing a team of customer service representatives who use Generative AI tools. The coach will monitor and audit AI-generated recommendations, interpret AI outputs, and train associates on distinguishing AI suggestions from policy requirements. The role focuses on operational excellence, people leadership, and ensuring compliance within a regulated financial environment, leveraging AI as a co-pilot for decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coach & Cultivate: Provide continuous, real-time feedback to drive high-quality customer experiences and career growth.
  2. Performance Management: Own the full lifecycle of your team’s performance, from monthly scorecards and annual appraisals to daily morale and engagement.
  3. Change Advocacy: Lead your team through process shifts and technological adoptions with a focus on resilience and excitement.
  4. Drive Results: Be accountable for team-level business goals, including inventory throughput, loss rates, and efficiency metrics.
  5. Strategic Compliance: Ensure all claim documentation and resolutions adhere strictly to regulatory commitments and internal policies.
