Workday Ams Functional Lead - Compensation and Talent Modules

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide ongoing production support post-implementation, including troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday HCM system for the Compensation and Talent Management modules
  2. Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of the Workday Compensation and Talent Management modules, identify and resolve issues to ensure the system meets user requirements and integrates smoothly with existing business processes
  3. Collaborate with global implementation teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and adherence to Workday best practices
  4. Develop and deliver training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the new system, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
  5. Offer guidance and support on Workday Compensation and Talent Management functionalities

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
  • 1+ years of post-implementation support experience with Workday Compensation and/or Talent Management modules
  • 1+ years of experience with leading the troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday Compensation and/or Talent Management modules
  • Actively Workday Compensation and/or Talent & Performance Certified
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Prior experience with Workday AMS for government clients
  • Prior management consulting experience
