Workday Ams Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Lead

This role is for a Workday AMS Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Lead who will provide production support, troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance for these Workday HCM modules. The role involves end-to-end testing, collaborating with global teams, developing training, and offering guidance on functionalities. The team focuses on human capital solutions and leveraging technology for clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide ongoing production support post-implementation, including troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday HCM system for the Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
  2. Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules, identify and resolve issues to ensure the system meets user requirements and integrates smoothly with existing business processes
  3. Collaborate with global implementation teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and adherence to Workday best practices
  4. Develop and deliver training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the new system, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
  5. Offer guidance and support on Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence functionalities

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
  • 1+ years of post-implementation support experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence modules
  • 1+ years of experience with leading the troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence modules
  • Actively Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence Certified
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Workday AMS for government clients
  • Prior management consulting experience
