Workday Ams Talent and Learning Support Analyst - Certification Required

This role supports Workday Talent and Learning modules, focusing on configuration, maintenance, break/fix, and minor enhancements. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide application managed services (AMS) support for Workday Talent and Learning modules
  2. Perform configuration and maintenance across Workday Talent and Learning modules
  3. Execute break/fix and root-cause analysis for production issues and coordinate resolution with Workday functional, integration, and security teams
  4. Manage release and change activities and maintain test scripts and evidence
  5. Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement to include gathering requirements, translating to solution designs, documenting configuration decisions, and driving improvements

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • 6+ months of Talent and/or Learning application experience within Workday
  • Actively Workday HCM Core, Learning, and/or Talent Certified
  • Bachelor's Degree
