Workday Hcm Benefits or Payroll Ams Support Consultant

This role supports and configures Workday HCM modules (Benefits or Payroll) for clients, focusing on post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. It involves ensuring the system meets user requirements and integrates with business processes, aiming to maximize performance and align with business objectives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide ongoing production support post-implementation, including troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday system for the Benefits or Payroll modules
  2. Support end-to-end testing of the Workday Benefits or Payroll modules by identifying and resolving issues to ensure the system meets user requirements and integrates smoothly with existing business processes
  3. Offer guidance and support on Workday Benefits or Payroll modules functionalities
  4. Support functional activities for the Workday Benefits and/or Payroll workstream to include planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
  5. Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Workday Payroll and/or Benefits functions through leading-edge systems and processes

Skills

Required

  • Workday HCM configuration or support solutions
  • Workday Benefits and/or Payroll modules
  • system configuration or application management support (AMS) experience
  • Workday certification

  • Actively Workday Benefits or Workday Payroll Certified
