Seeking a Workday Analyst to join the People Technology team, responsible for Tier 1 ticket triage and resolution, core HCM configuration maintenance, and assisting with operational requests. The role involves collaboration with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT to ensure smooth Workday processes and timely employee support. Key responsibilities include owning ticket triage, handling intake and resolution across HCM modules, maintaining core HCM and organizational data, managing bi-annual Workday release testing, and maintaining knowledge base articles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own overall ticket triage in our People Technology support queue, including prioritization and routing
  2. Handle Tier 1 ticket intake and resolution across HCM, including Employee Lifecycle, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Security-related requests
  3. Core HCM and Organizational Maintenance - create supervisory orgs, manage job requisition changes and process correction and rescind requests in alignment with data integrity standards and audit controls
  4. Manage bi-annual Workday release testing: build test plans, execute test cases, document outcomes, and partner on remediation.
  5. Maintain knowledge base articles and process documentation

Skills

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and basic support workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain system concepts to non-technical users
  • Comfort with testing, documentation, and following standardized procedures

Nice to have

  • Workday experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Workday tasks such as creating supervisory orgs, managing job requisitions, and processing EIBs
  • Exposure to Workday security, business processes, and reporting
  • Basic Excel skills for data validation and uploads
  • Experience supporting semi-annual Workday releases
