Workday Tech Conversion Support - Active Certification Required

This role supports Workday data conversion processes, focusing on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data errors during validation cycles. Responsibilities include reviewing support tickets, documenting issues, performing data mapping updates, cleansing activities, and assisting with Workday release testing and data load patches. The role requires root-cause analysis of reporting and data issues within Workday Financials.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the team by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data conversion errors and issues encountered during validation cycles in Workday
  2. Review and address data migration support tickets, document conversion issues, and track resolutions using service management tools
  3. Help perform routine data mapping updates, cleansing activities, and enhancements to existing data conversion scripts or templates
  4. Support Workday release testing and apply conversion-related updates or data load patches as needed
  5. Troubleshoot reporting and data issues through root-cause analysis across Workday Financials configuration, security, business processes, and effective-dated transactions, and document findings and resolutions
