Roblox is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to manage the end-to-end workforce management lifecycle, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring, to optimize vendor staffing levels for fluctuating volume demands while maintaining cost efficiency and service level targets. The role involves developing workload forecasts, creating staffing models, monitoring performance, analyzing trends, and partnering with Finance and Operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop long-term and short-term workload forecasts for moderation and customer support workstreams.
  2. Create and manage complex staffing models to ensure optimal coverage across global time zones and languages.
  3. Monitor real-time queue performance and direct vendor partners on intraday adjustments to meet service level agreements.
  4. Analyse shrinkage, occupancy, and attrition trends to provide recommendations for hiring and training schedules.
  5. Audit vendor schedule adherence and provides data-driven feedback to vendor leadership regarding staffing gaps.
