Working student role focused on learning experience design within the Celonis Academy, contributing to the creation of self-paced online training. What you'd actually do

  1. Create & Build: Use our native authoring tools and LMS to build and configure interactive courses that adhere to our "learning stickiness" standards.
  2. Multimedia Production: Script and produce "how-to" demos and conceptual videos, ensuring they are sleek, on-brand, and easy to follow.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Be the voice of the learner. You’ll analyze feedback data, identify friction points, and implement updates to keep our content world-class.
  4. Credentialing: Manage our digital badge ecosystem, ensuring our credentials remain accurate and high-value for the Celonis community.
  5. Innovation Projects: Contribute to specialized workstreams, such as AI applications in learning, SEO optimization, and advanced learning analytics.

Skills

Required

  • Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Learning Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, or Content Marketing Writing
  • Pedagogical Foundation: You have a firm grasp of adult learning principles and know how to apply them to digital environments.
  • Technical Curiosity: You aren't afraid of the "tech" in EdTech. If you don’t already have a basic knowledge of HTML, you’re not afraid to learn it
  • Data-Informed: You enjoy looking at learner feedback and metrics to figure out what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (C1+ level) with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts into engaging scripts.
  • Availability: Ready to support the team for 16–20 hours per week, for up to 1+ year ideally
  • Location: Must be currently based in or around Munich, Germany, and able to work on-site at our headquarters

Nice to have

  • experience with eLearning authoring tools (like Articulate Rise/Storyline) or video editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere) is a major plus.
