This role serves as a workplace assistant, responsible for front-desk coverage, visitor management, facilities support, and administrative coordination to ensure a well-operated office environment. It involves greeting visitors, maintaining office readiness, coordinating facilities needs, and performing various administrative tasks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first friendly point of contact; greet visitors and manage check-in processes to ensure a professional, warm and welcoming experience
  2. Maintain office readiness, including cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
  3. Coordinate visitor management processes, including pre-registration and compliance with security protocols
  4. Partner with Security to manage access, visitor flow, and adherence to onsite policies
  5. Support day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, mail distribution, F&B re-stock and general administrative coordination
