What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee daily office operations and facilities management, serving as the primary lead for building-related issues, office policies, maintenance updates, and onsite vendor relationships
  2. Maintain a welcoming, safe, and secure working environment, ensuring all reception areas, conference rooms, and common spaces are consistently tidy, presentable, and functional
  3. Serve as the face of the office for all employees and guests, providing a warm welcome, general assistance, and directions to address immediate needs
  4. Manage the visitor and access control process, including verifying guest credentials, issuing security badges, and ensuring a seamless check-in experience
  5. Monitor and maintain a robust inventory of all office, kitchen, and catering supplies, proactively arranging orders to ensure the workspace is always fully stocked

Skills

  • 2+ years in workplace experience, facilities, or office operations in a fast-paced environment
