  5. Act as a connector across teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders and site leadership

Skills

Required

  • 3–4 years of experience in a fast-growing, dynamic environment (ideally in tech)
  • A natural people person with an outgoing, positive, and proactive attitude
  • A strong service mindset — you enjoy helping others and creating great experiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish
